Multi-Hammer Processors
The
Wag-Way Multi-Hammer Processor concrete breaker is a complete machine consisting
of a hydraulically activated linear
series of 1200-lb hammers available in 10-ft and 12-ft widths.
The Multi-Hammer Processor is powered by a Cat CS-563E vibratory soil compactor power module. The Multi-Hammer system is optimized for breaking up airport or highway concrete into small pieces which can be formed into a solid base or removed completely for a new surface.
The WagWay Multi-Hammer Processor is equipped with some of the most advanced and innovative electronics on the market. The electronics were designed with operator interface, safety and machine performance in mind. The entire electronic network of sensors and controllers utilize the latest CANBUS technology for seamless communication.
This machine has operator selectable controls for number of drops per foot, drop sequence, drop height and includes impact-resistant electronics and a camera system for viewing the concrete breaking operation.
